Shipping Costs

To find the shipping cost for an item, simply place the item in your cart. Our shipping costs for most items are based on each item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Shipping and handling cost estimates that appear in the cart are calculated with our lowest cost shipping method and assume all items in the cart are going to one address. The actual shipping cost may be higher if a different shipping method, the post office charges us more than the estimate (we will notify you via email) or multiple addresses are selected and will be shown during checkout.

How We Calculate Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling costs vary by item type, size, and billable weight and by shipping method. For each item, there is a fixed cost plus a per-item cost. Fixed and per-item costs differ according to the type of item. Products under 5 pounds, for example, have a fixed shipping cost of $6.00 and an additional per-item shipping cost of $0.97 (assuming Standard shipping). Shipping a single product that is under 5 pounds, therefore, would cost $6.00. Shipping two products that are under 5 pounds each would cost $6.00 ($6.00 + $0.97).

For the following billable weights, most items on the site will cost approximately this much to ship via Standard shipping:

Shipping Methods

We offer five convienient shipping options to deliver your products fast, safe, and reliably. IMPORTANT: You MUST Register and or Log-in if your already registered to get proper shipping calculations.

• USPS Priority = 3 to 5 business days (in the US).
• USPS Global Priority = Arrival depends on country, typically about 4 t o10 days.
• The day of shipping will depend on and is subject to product availability. Please notify us of any special shipping arrangements and or deadlines.

International Shipping

Outside U.S. and Canada)

Customers outside the U.S. and Canada have these options:
1. Order by Visa / MasterCard / American Express, and we will calculate the postage amount and add it to the total. Typically the cost for overseas shipping will be approximately $25.00 U.S. dollars for USPS Priority International Overseas Airmail. This cost will vary depending on the quantity (weight) of your order and the exact country you live in. Please let us know if you would like a email confirmation on the total shipping cost for your order before we charge your card.

2. Contact us by email with the list of products desired. We will calculate the total postage and send it by email. You can then send us your order by mail .

Be sure to specify whether you want items shipped by airmail (1-2 weeks) or surface (2-3 months). Airmail is recommended! Surface mail costs about half of that but can take more than 3 months to Australia/Far East and up to two months to Europe.

Although every effort is made to pack items securely, we will ship these items overseas only at customer's risk. We will insure the package for a additional fee charged to your bill at youre request only.

Under the special circumstances below, you do not have to contact us for the Postage & Handling cost (although contacting us might obtain a lower cost in some cases)....

• Postage to Mexico is the same as for Canada.

Form of Payment:

We accept only these forms of payment from overseas customers....

• Visa / Mastercard / American Express, Discover Card
• Postal money order in US dollars purchased at a post office.
• US cash. (At sender's risk, although we have never had a problem with lost cash.)

Customs Charges: The customer is responsible for any customs charges accessed by his or her own country. Small orders are rarely assessed customs charges, but when they are required, the additional sum is usually collected by the local post office at the time of delivery. IMPORTANT! We are NOT responsible for customs actions against your shipment. Order at your own risk!

Other: Due to the prohibitive cost of international phone calls, we cannot return international calls or faxes. Email communication is preferred.

Returns

Due to the ”health related” nature of our products, only manufacture defects or items with concealed damages as a result of shipping will be authorized for return. The merchandise returned must be in original packaging and free of any and all customer markings, tags or stickers.

Sealed packages:

Because we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened, before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version.

Defective/Damaged products:

Any damages must be reported to Adulttoydiscounters.com within 48 hours of receipt of goods. All merchandise that leaves our warehouse is inspected as it is pulled and packed and is shipped in excellent condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or re-taped, you MUST file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery. No exceptions will be made here. Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.

If your product is not functioning properly, please call our Customer Support Department at 818-332-7931 as soon as possible (but not later than 10 days from purchase).

NOTE: All products come with a manufactures limited warrantee. If a product is deemed defective, it is your responsibility to also contact the manufacturer within the time frame of the warrantee. That information is included with the product.

In such case, we will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. No toy can be accepted for a return if it has been used. If any item is returned and our inspectors deem that it has been used it will be returned to you at your expense. We stress that you should inspect any item thoroughly before you use the item.

Replacement items ship as soon as the defective item is received and inspected and cleared by our Returns Department. All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us within 30 days of your original invoice date. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RA. RA's expire in 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.

If you fail to follow these protocols, you automatically forefiet any claim to a refund and or replacement.
