To view the details of an order, search for the order and click on its Order id # in the 'Search results' form. 'Order details' section will be opened.

Here you can find the Order #, date and time when the order was placed. Then, there are back and forward links allowing you to view the details of the orders preceding and following the order displayed.
If you need to print the invoice, click on the Print invoice button. If X-AOM module is enabled, there is also the Modify button clicking on which allows you to modify all the order details.
Below you can see 'Product info', 'Order info' and 'Customer info' sections.
Next, you can view and edit the order status, tracking number, order details (not visible to customer and provider) and customer notes (not visible to customer). Tracking number is assigned manually by the administrator or provider so the shipment could be tracked while being delivered by FedEx, UPS and USPS.

If you change any details in the 'Order details' form, click on Apply changes to save the new details. After you click on this button, the information will be updated and the following confirmation will appear:

Go Back takes you back to the 'Order details' section with the updated information.
