You can edit customer reviews for abuse prevention purposes.
To edit customer reviews:
Find the product for which you want to edit customer reviews. Open this product for modification in the 'Product Management' section.
Click the Customer Reviews link in the 'Product Management' section menu. The 'Edit reviews' dialog box will be opened.

Edit text in the review message field.
Click on Add/Update.
You can add reviews of your own in the 'Add new review' area:
Enter your e-mail address and review message text.
Click on Add/Update.
To delete a review, click on Delete next to the review you want to delete.
